Hey Hey, Bartender!
Theo’s Steaks Sides & Spirits is looking for a Server/Bartender to round out our strong team, the right applicant(s) knows how to offer amazing guest service all while entertaining the bar crew and balancing all service tickets. Think of it as a town concierge who provides extensive local knowledge, cleanliness and libations, all at the same time.
We are one of the busiest restaurants in the area. The income is outstanding for the right guest focused prospect. Come join our team of hard workers who care about what they do.
The right fit would have a mixture of bartending experience, kindness, responsibility, cleanliness and organization, ability to multi-task, thirst for knowledge and a strong teamwork mindset.

Established in 2011, Theo’s began in St. Michaels, Maryland as a traditional steakhouse, quickly growing to be a favorite among locals. As a resort town restaurant, Theo’s is a casual hot spot offering elevated, quality dining. There’s no dress code at Theo’s — wear your boat shoes, shorts, or dinner jacket and heels.
