Description :
Land Rover Wilmington is looking for an entry-level full-time Parts Counter Person to support our Parts Department.
Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred. All qualified candidates must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.

Schedule – Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTS COUNTER ASSOCIATE (include but are not limited to):
Responsible for shipping, receiving and wholesale part sales
Assisting customers in finding the appropriate parts for their vehicles
Provide technicians with the correct parts for customer vehicles
Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock
Communicate with customer on the status of any parts ordered and notify them upon delivery to the dealership
Serve as backup to stocking clerk as necessary
Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more
Perform other duties as assigned
