Seeking a hardworking and forward-thinking, Senior Automation Programmer to join our team. Working together for a sustainable future we assist clients in various industries, including water, wastewater, food and beverage, transportation, private utilities, municipal, industrial, and chemical.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience programming of PLC control and PC based SCADA systems
Degree in Engineering or related technology is preferred
Proficiency with multiple manufacturers automation hardware and software, including but not limited to:
Allen Bradley, Schneider, Wonderware GE
Working knowledge of VPN’s and cyber security
Experience with Hard-wired, Wireless, Radio Networks, and Cellular Networking
General knowledge of water/wastewater systems
Available for some limited travel
Responsibilities:
Program and integrate complex control systems
Take a leadership role in projects from concept through operational readiness
Work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams to develop solutions for clients
Conduct hands-on troubleshooting of field control systems
Provide technical support in resolving equipment and process issues when necessary
Serve as a mentor to less experienced Programmers, and share knowledge for the benefit of others
Work closely with clients to identify and create new business opportunities

Consistently evaluating processes – recommending changes when appropriate.
