Summary
This role is a part of the Evernorth Solutions Enablement team, which has responsibility for prioritizing and guiding the Evernorth strategy portfolio, ensuring operational readiness, and guiding our go-to-market approach. Solutions Enablement is tasked with driving alignment for Evernorth and other enterprise GTM efforts across all business units under a consistent interaction model, with a dedicated focus on facilitating the construction and maintenance of the Evernorth product roadmap, product prioritization and approval process, and product enablement through a product implementation and launch process.
This position is with Evernorth, a new business within the Cigna Corporation
Job Responsibilities
Partner with the Product Enablement Director and Sr. Advisor(s) to continually improve the product launch playbook which ensures standard, repeatable implementation approach (product agnostic), process steps, launch plan templates and supporting tools for supporting current and future product launches and ensuring operational readiness under Evernorth
Collaborates on specific product launches and migrations to Evernorth utilizing the GTM playbook tools and processes, in partnership with product partners and operational SMEs, including monitoring and tracking of execution work plan, checklists, implementations steps, launch calendar, and metrics
Across all responsibilities where the Advisor has accountability, there will be a need to:
Develop strong partnerships with fellow team members and cross functional partners typically in Finance, Technology, Product, Operations, Strategy, Brand/Marketing and within Enterprise teams
Work under a level of ambiguity and evolving expectations to stand up the new product launch capabilities
Provide quantitative analysis related to product launch tracking and success metrics
Be excited by the “new and different” and bring a level of energy to help execute on those ideas in support of the Product Enablement deliverables
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of experience or Master’s Degree with 2 years of experience
Experience working with strategic initiatives
Experience working cross functionally with multiple teams and departments
Excellent communicator in written and verbal form at multiple levels of the organization
Versatile, dedicated to efficient business productivity and processes
Strong planning and problem solving skills that enable quick identification and efficient resolution of issues
